His background spans residential and investment sales, construction, lending, tax sales, foreclosures, property management, and brokerage operations.

Licensed in both Indiana and Illinois, Erik currently serves as the Managing Broker of Listing Leaders Northwest and as a Licensed Real Estate Instructor. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource for both new and experienced professionals.

Erik is passionate about improving the real estate industry from the ground up. In the classroom, he takes a practical, straightforward approach that blends real-world strategies with strong foundational principles. Timothy Hardy

Timothy Hardy is a passionate educator and licensed real estate professional committed to empowering individuals through both education and action. A Chicago native, Timothy began his career in education as a behavioral interventionist and substitute teacher, where he developed a deep dedication to helping others reach their full potential.

In 2020, Timothy earned his real estate broker license and quickly established himself in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland markets. He actively works with a diverse range of clients, including residential buyers and sellers, as well as experienced investors, offering informed guidance and exceptional service.

Since 2021, Timothy has served as a licensed real estate instructor in Indiana, helping over 100 students successfully launch their careers in real estate. Many of his graduates now thrive as full-time agents at brokerages across the region. Known for his high-energy teaching style and thorough curriculum, Timothy has helped his school achieve some of the highest first-time exam pass rates in Northwest Indiana.

With a strong foundation in both education and real estate, Timothy brings clarity, mentorship, and results to every classroom and client interaction.

How long is the pre-licensing course?

The Indiana real estate pre-licensing course is 90 hours. We offer flexible formats, including 10-week evening, 8-week accelerated, and 4 5-week intensive options.

Is there a payment plan available for tuition?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plan options. You can pay in full at the time of enrollment or set up installment payments. Contact us for details on the specific plans available.

What happens if I miss a class?

If you miss a class, you can make it up by attending the same session in a future course or by completing equivalent coursework online. We will work with you to ensure you stay on track.

What's the difference between in person and online courses?

In-person courses follow a set schedule and allow for real-time interaction with instructors and classmates. Online courses offer more flexibility, allowing you to work through the material at your own pace while still having access to instructor support.

Do I take the licensing exam through your school?

No, the licensing exam is administered by the state-approved testing provider. We will guide you through the process of scheduling your exam once you complete the pre-licensing course.
