Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel an enrollment and request a refund for any tuition paid over the $150 Non-Refundable enrollment fee for any reason until the date of the first class. No refunds will be given after the class has started.

Here’s What You Need

To qualify for a broker license, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Complete a 90-hour pre-licensing course
  • Pass both parts of the State Exam within one year of completing the course
  • Affiliate with a brokerage or request the state to hold your license unassigned (within one year of passing the exam)
